Reporting to Retail Manager of the brand, the Retail Merchandiser will be responsible for :

• Developing and executing the merchandise strategy to achieve sales, profit and inventory turn goals.
• Prepare and manage OTB efficiently.
• Identifying customer preferences and forecasting consumer trends.
• Prepare and review buy plans at a detailed level to ensure each category, sub category and colour is planned appropriately in alignment with business plan.
• Continuously analyse and reforecast category sales and recommend/implement strategies to ensure plan is achieved, including adjusting OTB’s, repeat orders , inventory management & pricing.
• Ensure timely delivery of products by effective alignment and follow up with Production department.
• Prepare and lead category wise sales targets.
• To prepare and execute stocks allocation, replenishment, inter store stocks movement.
• To prepare sell thru report and initiate corrective action.
• Monitor collection sell-through during the season, perform regular store surveys and interaction with operations teams to understand customer feedback
• To identify and take action on fast-mover replenishment, low-stock mitigation, slow-mover disposal and aged stock liquidation
• Collaborating with the marketing department to brainstorm new campaigns, and business ideas around each category and new product lines.

Total 2+ years of work experience as retail merchandiser with fashion brand

• Experience in retail merchandising
• Experience with luxury international brands
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
• Good analytical skills
