Location : Retail Stores in Delhi & Head Office in Noida

Reporting to Retail Manager of the brand, the Manager – Visual Merchandising will be responsible for :

• Timely Creation, development and implementation of visual merchandising programmes according to season launch, collection and special events.
• To manage and ensure proper implementation of VM strategy according to Brand aesthetics and defined sales targets.
• To be the gatekeeper for store experience to maximize customer satisfaction.
• To be responsible for the store team performance and training on daily VM hygiene & store display.
• Updating VM & Experience Manuals according to Calendar.
• Production and Development of props, display etc and liasoning with vendors and suppliers for the same in given budgets and costs.
• Monitor collection sell-through during the season, perform regular store visits and interaction with store teams to understand customer feedback on Visual display of store.

Total 2+ years of work experience as visual merchandiser with fashion brand

• Graduate/Post graduate from NIFT / Pearl Academy / Instituto Marangoni / Domus Academy is preferred.
• Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising understanding and industry best practices.
• Understanding of Photoshop or Illustrator, or other visual design tools is preferred.
• Creative and innovative thinker keeping brand aesthetics in mind
• Experience with luxury international brands
• Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
• Willing to travel
